| What are Camera Ready ads? |  |

Camera Ready ads are those that are provided to Romantic Times electronically as a 300 dpi PDF or TIF file, or as a Macintosh format, QuarkXpress (V.6) document with all supporting fonts & images collected, and 2 match proofs included.
Please be sure that ads are set up correctly, following size
requirements to the left, and all components of the ad are 300 dpi.
It is also recommended that all elements get locked within the document.
There will be a correction fee of $125 for incorrect ads that need to be
fixed or replaced.
Electronic ads that are created in Pagemaker or any other program, must
be sent to RT already converted to Mac Quark or to a Mac readable format
such as EPS, TIF or PDF -- Again, all components must be included and 2 match proofs
provided, in order to avoid additional layout charges.
An additional conversion fee of $100 will apply to ads provided in
Pagemaker, PC formatted Quark, or InDesign files. Please be sure to
preflight all documents, and include all components of the ad,
as well as 2 match proofs.
Ads that are provided as laser printouts are not camera-ready.
Exceptions are black & white Linos, Velox, and Repro's. An additional
fee of $35 will apply for scanning & placement.
Electronic images that are sent to us for inclusion in an RT designed
ad, must also be sent in a Mac readable format such as EPS, or TIFF, at
least 300 dpi at the size it will be used, in order to avoid additional
layout and scanning charges.

converting your designed ads into camera ready format, or you can have
Romantic Times create the ad for you for an additional fee. |
