This book should have been illustrated. I want to see all the flowers. This is the second in the Wedding quartet and I liked it every bit as much as Vision in White. I cried at the ending -- it was so lovely. Anyway, the only bad experience in reading it was reading the blurb at the end and seeing that I have to wait until May of next year to read Laurel's story.
Like Vision in White, this is all romance and fluff. It's an easy read and if you're in a dark mood, it's bound to bring you out of it. NR really has a gift for putting you in a "place". I could smell spring at the beginning of this book, with the flowers, rain, etc. _________________ There are only two ways to live your life. One is as though nothing is a miracle. I'm so glad to hear this is a good series. I have both books so far - just haven't found the time to read them yet. Looks like I will be moving these books up in my TBR pile. Unfortunately that TBR pile is absolutely HUGE!! But I just love books and have no resistance when I find one that I want to read!! _________________ Nothing beats a hammock in the shade, a light breeze, books to read and lots of time to enjoy them!! |

aw man I'm on a huge waitlist at the library..luckily they have several copies but with 3 week checkout periods and if everyone keeps the book out the whole time I'm still looking at next year I think. I dont' always keep the books the whole 3 weeks so maybe the line will move faster. we can have the book sent to whichever branch we want then have 5days to pick up so whilte it's convenient it does add a longer wait considering a few days to pack and mail then a 5 day pickup window..can add 2 weeks to the wait for each book. _________________ Susanna |

| I also liked this book. I can't wait for Laurel's story, because I think Parker's brother will be the most interesting of the heroes. I love the way Nora writes about relationships, not just romantic, but those of friends and family, too. |

I never keep my books the whole time. Especially on books that are brand new. I figure if I can't wait for it, someone else can't either. My library lets you put a hold on a book before it is in the catalog so for some authors, not all, I can get copy #1 or #2. _________________ There are only two ways to live your life. Susannah, I'll mail mine to you for you to borrow if you promise to mail it back when you've finished reading it. |

thanks Nifty I appreciate the offer but my work schedule and stack of books I probably could't get to it for a while. I'll just wait patiently in line and see how fast it moves. I appreciate it though! _________________ Susanna |

I just finished this book and loved it!!! I laughed, I cried and I could felt that I could actually smell the flowers.
I can't wait to read Laurel's story. _________________ Ciao,

Yes, a nice comfy read. I call these books "Nora Lite". Quick and easy but like a visit from an old dear friend. You really want to know these people.
I am buying the next book in the J.D Robb/Eve Dallas series. Nora can really write good murder scenes. I live the J.D Robb books as much as her Nora Roberts books _________________ There's no need for a piece of sculpture in a home that has a cat.
