A Romantic Times reviewer for more than nine years, Joan Hammond has
been a reader of romances for at least 25 years. In fact, Joan's favorite kind of
entertainment has always been a good book, followed, she says, by the most
current edition of RT. "I have been hooked on Romantic Times since the
